Carrie has facilitated adult education and employment training sessions, focus groups, planning sessions, workplace training programs, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops and seminars.  She is skilled in listening and observing and can identify barriers and provide solutions that keep participants engaged.

Over the past 25 years Carrie has developed a reputation as a skilled facilitator of both online and instructor-led training.
