Carrie has extensive experience working as a career management consultant assisting job seekers and career changers. She offers both one-to-one and group career counselling.  Companies have hired Carrie to provide outplacement services for laid-off and displaced employees.  Her clients have included Gen Ys looking for their first position and seasoned professionals seeking a career change.  Carrie has developed and facilitated career management programs, including a college level program offered across Canada.
