Carrie has written proposals and business plans, negotiated contracts and developed policy and procedure manuals.  She created reporting and communication systems and worked with a remote team using project management software to track activities, goals and statistics.  She has set goals, met deadlines and managed budgets.  She has trained team members, chaired meetings and built and maintained strong working relationships with partners, funders, boards and advisory committees.
