The Importance of Training

According to the article “Top 10 e-Learning Statistics for 2014 You Need To Know” people are not getting enough training and support on the job.

“It’s been estimated that nearly 25% of all employees leave their job because there simply aren’t enough training or learning opportunities. On the other hand, companies who do offer e-Learning and on-the-job training generate about 26% more revenue per employee.”

Employee training demonstrates a commitment by the employer.  It engages employees and helps them develop skills they can use on the job.
