Wakeford & Associates recently completed a research project for the Workforce Development Board/Local Employment Planning Council (WDB/LEPC). We explored the idea of a ‘Skills Gap’ in the Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and Peterborough areas. Very interesting findings that would be applicable to other regions as well.
